I had a great experience from the Dr Jitendra Parmar, he made me feel at ease and reassured me, and was totally honest. I also thought all the other staff that treated me were wonderful on that day. Parking is a problem which meant I had to go in alone, which would not suit everyone. There was a wait but there were complicated cases so I understood.
